Back home after a weekend run up to NYC. I’m always sad when I take Amtrak along the Northeast Corridor. The whole experience is a reminder of how awful transit is in the US. As poorly done just about every part of CAHSR seemed to be, its recent collapse into a railway to nowhere is so disheartening.
